About TexStitch
We bridge the gap between creative art and machine precision. Every embroidery file package is digitizer-tested, clean, and production-ready.
Digitizing for Real-World Production
TexStitch was founded to solve a constant struggle in the embroidery industry: poor digitizing. Poorly structured files lead to frequent thread breaks, needle damage, birdnesting, and wasted fabrics.
Our expert digitizing team manually plots every single stitch, setting proper stitch paths, tie-offs, and underlay densities. We ensure every design is fully compatible across Tajima, Barudan, Brother, Janome, and standard commercial/home embroidery systems.
Our Digitizing Process
We follow a rigorous four-step quality checklist for every single embroidery design in our catalog.
Artistic Vectorization
Our graphic experts convert raster illustrations and client sketches into clean, scalable vector paths optimized for embroidery conversion.
Stitch Sequencing
We manually map out travel runs, lock stitches, and needle changes, keeping jump stitches to an absolute minimum to reduce trimming breaks.
Density Calibration
We calibrate stitch density and pull compensation based on target fabrics—ensuring designs look full and rich without puckering the fabric.
Real-Machine Test Run
We test sew our digitized designs on commercial multi-head machines (Tajima, Barudan) to verify flawless tension and zero needle breaks.
Our Vision
To empower embroidery decorators, garment manufacturers, and hobbyists worldwide with clean, robust digital designs. We strive to minimize fabric/thread waste and maximize details on every single stitchout.
Our Values
Precision stitchwork, transparent commercial licensing rights, robust multi-format support, and reliable post-sales digitizing adjustments for our customer base.
