1. Permitted Uses (Physical Goods)
With our Standard License, you are fully authorized to:
- Stitch and embroider our designs onto physical fabrics, caps, garments, apparel, bags, or home goods.
- Sell those embroidered physical items commercially (unlimited production quantities).
- Modify design parameters (color sequences, sizes, density) within your embroidery editing software to suit your specific production needs.
2. Prohibited Uses (Digital Assets)
You are strictly prohibited from reselling or sharing the digital design files. Under this license:
- You may not resell, sub-license, rent, gift, share, copy, or redistribute the digital files (DST, PES, EMB, JEF, etc.) or any part of the digitized files.
- You may not share or upload these digital files in group folders, WhatsApp/Telegram groups, or shared cloud drives.
- You may not claim the digitizing work or design copyrights of the patterns as your own.
- You may not modify the design digitally and resell the resulting modified digital file.
3. Exclusive Buyouts & Ownership
For select designs, we offer Exclusive Ownership buyouts.
When you purchase an Exclusive Buyout package, TexStitch permanently removes that design from our public catalog and shop. The exclusive digital copyright is transferred to your business, ensuring no other embroidery workshop can purchase the file from us.
Custom digitizing orders placed with us also include full exclusive rights upon payment completion. For catalog buyout options, email us at support@texstitch.com.
4. License Termination
Any violation of the digital distribution terms (such as file sharing or reselling) results in immediate, automatic termination of this license. Upon termination, you must delete all downloaded copies of the files and cease all commercial production of physical goods using the designs.
